Before mailing your order to us please read these details carefully:

• Please make use of the order form to place an order with us.
• Make sure that you state the order numbers, article, quantity and price.
• Please submit your complete name, phone/cellphone number and your postal address.

When we receive your order we will contact you to confirm and give you all details for payment and the options and costs of shipping. All items will shipped by local or international courier service. (PostNet or DHL). We will submit the tracking number to you after dispatch that you can follow the way of your shipment and the approximate arrival.

South African clients are kindly asked to pay by EFT (electronic funds transfer) to our local bank account. We do not accept any card payments for security reasons.

Fast and easy foreign payments can only made by PayPal in €, $ or £. You will receive the PayPal account details from us after receipt of your order.  Please understand that we only have to charge the net fees of 5% for all PayPal payments, which also includes the fees for currency exchange.

All stamps on this website were described to the best or our knowledge and the information of the latest international stamp catalogues. More details you will find on the first page of the STAMPS section.

Should there still be an accidental error in description or valuation of stamps we will appreciate your notice and do corrections if necessary. In case you are not happy with your order we will refund you in full upon return of the stamps within 10 days or replace them after your instructions, if possible.
